This is inspired by a message I got from an early stage start-up found I was talking to (you know who you are!)
He mentioned to me that a lot of the technical founders that are coming out right now on aware of all the different acronyms that are available to them in the sales sphere. A lot of them are overused and unnecessary but alas last here we are.
As a matter of fact, there was quite a few on here that I had completely forgotten about so this was a good reminder for me as well!
ARR
MRR
NRR
GRR
LTV
CAC
ROI
CTR
CRM
CPL
ARPU
The list goes on!
I thought it'd be helpful to put together this Ultimate Guide Summary of all the most common sales, marketing, sales development, and account management acronyms and terms that you're gonna come across during these early phases of the start-up world in sales.
No doubt that by the time this is released they'll be 45,721 new ones that I've completely missed out and I'll have to build this out into some sort of LLM/guided model/algorithm driven BS for it to reach anyone.
Hopefully, this will at least lay the foundation for whats to come and give you something to refer back to as and when you need it, especially when you're preparing your decks.
